I’m
not sure about GE rawdata. In Siemens, the first part
is the phase correction reference lines: # lines (usually 3) x # slices.

like to know does any of you have a code for offline reconstruction of the EPI
images from P-files acquired with a GE scanner that makes use of the reference
scan to correct for the phase errors and resulted ghosting in the reconstructed
images?
