Dear SPMers:
In fMRI study, box-car design, analysis in SPM2. The scans are done in 3T, voxel size is 3.5 3.5 3.5, use 7mm on smooth step. But the activation map seems didn't smooth, please see attachment. Could anyone please help? Any suggestion of how to check if scans is smoothed are very appreciated.
