I always meet all kinds of questions when I use spm. I was told that spm99 was better than spm2. The coordinat in spm2 is not same as spm99 ,so the transformation in the paper is not fit for spm2.
I have a try. The
crossing's coordinate in spm2 is (52, -54, -32), I use the formula which is :
X' = 0.88X-0.8
Y' = 0.97Y-3.32
Z' = 0.05Y+0.88Z-0
I got the new coordinate which is (44.96 -55.7 -31.3) and I input it to Talairach Deamon Database which show :
Right cerebellum, Posterior Lobe, Cerebellar Tonsil
But the anatomic position in crossing is Posterior Lobe?
Now there is something wrong with the spm99 offered by spm net. SPM99 can not run. :((((((((
Can you give me some suggestion and help me?
