Dear All, 

I have two questions about spatial normalization and its
transforms:

1. What is the difference between the Linear Affine
Component that SPM2 shows on the output page after 'Spatial
Normalization' and the Affine Matrix inside the *_sn.mat
file?

2.How can I apply one of these normalization .mat files to
an image without going through the whole process again?
