Dear All, I have two questions about spatial normalization and itstransforms:1. What is the difference between the Linear AffineComponent that SPM2 shows on the output page after 'SpatialNormalization' and the Affine Matrix inside the *_sn.matfile?2.How can I apply one of these normalization .mat files toan image without going through the whole process again?
