Dear Chrystele,

you might want to download the batch engine source again from our sourceforge website:

http://spm2-batch.sourceforge.net/

I recently corrected a few omissions regarding parametric modulation along the lines you mention in your email. The batch works well for vectors with parametrically modulatry values you can enter yourself, but there were bugs with other options, that we corrected.

When you still encounter your problem, feel free to report it, and I'll do my best when I return from the symposium I give at present.

Cheers,

Bas

Subject:        [SPM] parametric modulation & spm_get_ons.m in SPM2
Dear SPMers,

When I enter my protocol in a SPM.mat file using Bas Neggers' SPM2 batch
mode (thanks to him, it works very well!), I specify the parameter
model.parametrics_type = 'none' ;
But spm_get_ons.m function says (l. 158) something like : if U.P.name
exists (%specific to batch mode?) and has the value 'none', then give it
the value 'time' .
However the U.P.h (= polynomial order) is set to zero, corresponding to
the "no parametrics" option, so the model seems to be correctly computed
with "no parametrics".

So, from what I understand, I would simply replace 'time' by 'none' on
line 160 of spm_get_ons.m, and this would seem consistent to me.
But, as the probability that I'm missing something remains pretty high,
I would appreciate some confirmation/explanation.

Thanks in advance,

Chrystele
