significant cluster level

Dear all,
I got some weird findings. It would be very helpful if someone could give some hints. This is a very simple two group t-test using SPECT data. But the corrected cluster level turns to be significant when it contains only one voxel. Is it because there are some problems with my SPECT images or I made a wrong study design? Can the results be used? I would be very pleased if anyone could help.

Thanks in advance,
chaorui
