Dear SPMers, A previous email titled "Re: [SPM] DCM output conflicts" has mentioned that "DCM is calculated the probabilities are stored using a threshold of log(2)/4, while with displaying DCMs you may have used a threshold of 0 or other threshold." But if i want to get the probabilities of connectivities larger than a threshold of 0, what should I do? To my knowledge, one can not get the values of the probabilities using the graphics interface of SPM2. (Maybe I'm wrong?) Any suggestions are appreciated very much!
