Using deformation toolbox (- tensors from sn.mat ---jacobian matrix) I got an
.img file which is 4D.What I have come to understand is that the 9 elements in the 4th dimension represent elements of the jacobian matrix of each voxel. I would like to know where do these 9 elements lie in the matrix ?Also how are they saved in the .img file?
