hello all I've got a set of rat's fmri data. The data format is in a single .sdt file. I have converted to a single .dcm file or .img file. But the image is not constructed in volume. The Scans are 180, and slices are 6. Normally, I should get 180 volumes, but I have 180*6 images now. Please tell me how to process these data using SPM. thanks.
