Dear SPM users, I am conducting Voxel-Based Relaxometry studies in two psychiatric conditions. There is a total of 58 subjects, with 20 controls and 19 in each patient group. Would it be better to create one single study specific template with ALL subjects, therefore maximizing the N size... or to create two seperate templates for each study with N=39? Thanks :) Janet
