Dear SPM users I have used the Xtract surface function in order to multiply the rendered brain with my GM segment to remove extracerebral voxels. But only .mat files result from the Xtract function. In order to multiply my GM segment by the Xtracted brain with ImCalc I need an .img file of the Xtracted brain. How to get such a file? Do I have to use the "Write only" procedure from normalization?
