Dear SPMers I tried 'PLOT' after view results of my data: To a cluster, I chose 'Fitted responses' , chose contrast 'A-B', and 'adjusted' response. I got the curve figure. What's the meaning of the values of Y axis? Is it signal change? What is the baseline used in this way to compute the percentage? Thank you for your attention. Wang, Bo
