How sensitive is this technique to > density changes? It's not sensitive at all to "density changes". All it does is compare regional volumes of different tissue classes. If the images are the same shapes, then the volumes will remain identical (assuming the spatial normalisation and segmentation work properly) and no differences should be reported. Best regards, -John
