hi all. I used the command spm_vol_minc to view the info of a .mnc file. The resolution is 128x128, slices 13, volumes 120. But the spm_vol_minc give me a 128 128 13 1024 matrix. Please tell me the meaning of this matrix. thanks. P.S. How to convert a .dcm or .analyze data set to a .mnc file. I tried to use the perl script dicom_to_mnc and ana2mnc, but they did not work. thanks
