Hi, 1) Choose the FTP protocol in the upper right box 2) In the 'Host:', type ftp.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk 3) In the 'Port:', choose 21 4) In the 'User:', type anonymous 5) In the 'Pass:', type any email address then hit the 'Enter' key.
