Dear SPMers, I would like to run an analysis of effective connectivity on an fMRI dataset obtained using sparse sampling. The data was acquired with a TR of 12 seconds - 8-9 seconds of stimulus presentation followed by 3-4 seconds of data acquisition. However I'm not sure whether I can use this sort of data to run a DCM analysis. Is the temporal resolution sufficient for DCM?
