Hi all, I wonder if anyone could help me at all. I wanted to ask a question about Tom Nichol's new conjunction tool for SPM. I'd like to know how to compute a conjunction on random effects contrasts at a group level. Is it so that you do this at the individual subject level first and then at a group level? If so I tried this by computing a conjunction contrast for one subject as instructed (selecting the three contrasts I want to compute a conjunction for) but it didn't save a contrast image in the directory i was working in.
