dear SPMers, trying to enjoy the best of all worlds I used Brain Extraction Tool from FSL to get brainy brains. then I got stuck when trying to reintroduce the extracted volumes into SPM (which I know best). does anybody have an idea how to convert NIFTI-images to ANALYZE? neither MRIcro nor SPM would digest it without graet unease. thanks a lot!
