Hello SPM authors and SPM users,

 

I was facing this problem while trying to plot the time series at a particular voxel.

I was selecting the voxel with the maximum t value by entering the coordinates of the maximum voxel location in the SPM interface. After that when I carried out the steps to plot the time series at that particular location, SPM gave me an error message

" No data stored at this voxel location, jump to the nearest voxel with data stored "

 

Initially I tought I was getting this error because of lower f value while estimating the model. So I changed the default stats f value to 0.99 and reanalyzed the entire data. However I got the same error ( which is surprising as the voxel selected was maximum in the ROI and had a tvalue of 3.45 ).

 

I am using SPM99. IS there a bug in the version of SPM I'm using? Has anyone else come across the same problem ?
