Condition slopes in PPI analysis
Dear SPMers,

We are getting an interesting result with PPI analysis suggesting that the slope of the relationship between amygdala and PFC is greater in condition A than condition B.  To properly interpret the result, we would really like to know, for each subject, what the slope of the relationship is separately for Condition A and for Condition B, the difference of which forms the PPI term.  Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks.
