Hi Joyce, Juan, as far as the volumes toolbox is concerned, there should be a menu item "volumes" on your SPM2 toolbox menu if it is installed correctly. This will launch a menu bar with the main function entries. Alternatively, you may call each individual function from the matlab command line. However, your problem can be solved with imcalc, but only if you have a "reference image" that has your desired target orientation, voxel size and dimensions. Select this image as the first image for imcalc and then your image as the second one and type "i2" as imcalc function.
