Dear SPM experts: I am using FDR correction for multiple tests when using "Results" in SPM99 but when I use MSU I do not get an option for FDR correction. I only get the "corrected height threshold" option. Any suggestions to correct this problem would be greatly appreciated as I have tried a number of different path orders in matlab.
