Dear SPM experts: I would like to do an analysis of PET data collected during right and left arm movements to statistically compare the left brain activation for right hand movements with the right brain activations for activations for left hand movements. I searched the archives and everything dealing with flipping brain activations from right to left discussed this in terms of fMRI data. Will the same routines work for PET data? Please advise.
