Hi, I am relatively new to SPM and could use some guidance from the senior researchers on this listserve. I have analyzed some data using SPM2 and then went on to look at the ROI using SPM2, Marsbar and AAL. I am trying to determine the number of voxels in each ROI. I have the coordinates, percentages per clusters as well as all the information on the footnote of the page (i.e.threshold, Expected voxels per cluster, voxel size, etc) but I am not sure how to get to the next level.
