hi Group,
I am working on a group data trying to average the
individual t-maps. Is there a way I can list the activated
voxel locations and activation values in the average t-maps
just like individual t-maps. I am not able to find a way
through this because there is no design matrix involved in
this and just average maps from many designs.
And if anyone can give input on doing cluster growth on
these average maps, it would be helpful.
