Could anyone recommend any good textbooks explaining
Statistical Parametric Mapping/General Linear Models,
in laymen's term and/or in a step-by-step approach,
e.g. starting from the simplest of linear models
to models with covariates (when to center
covariates around condition or overall mean),
and furthermore to residual analysis...
