Dear SPM users. I am trying to run spm2 on an alpha server with true64 unix system. We have Matlab 6 Release 13 installed on it. The problem starts when I compile spm2 - it wouldnt compile some of the files, weems like it cannot find them. And, of course, when I run spm2 it complains that some files are not compiled. Does anybody have any experience with that? Are there any known problems with spm2 and true64 systems working together or any Matlab releases issues? Thank you. Regards, Renat.
