Dear SnPM experts, I used SnPM (permutations) to compare to independent groups, and found out that this method is more powerful than parametric comparisons (t-test) using the same sample. I wonder whether I can do factorial analyses using SnPM. If so, how? Here is the design: Group1a------> time / No treatment --------Group1b Group2a-------> time+treatment---------> Group2b I need interactions etc. I appreciate your opinion and help. Best regards, Shary
