Has anyone noted that 9/11 - 911 - is the standard emergency number in the US. And 11/3 - 113 and the date of the Madrid bombing - is the standard emergency number in many European countries. So as the UK number is 999, why do we bother with locking anyone up or wasting all the taxpayers money? It can't happen here! Just a thought!
