The person who wrote the 'haggis' message is probably mortified and we
should let her forget it - everyone knows what it's like to have an off
day and we all forget to reply only to the individual at some point....

Surely the 'haggis incident' was the first example of spam to the list
and therefore a little worrying rather than interesting?
