Reminder

There are still a few places left for colleagues, in education or research
organisations, museums, science centres or other science-based visitor
attractions, who may be thinking about taking part in the BA Science
Communication Working Lunches happening in Edinburgh next week.

On Tuesday (5th April) Gail Cardew and Melanie Smallman will lead a
workshop entitled “Small Talk – Bigger Better Outcomes”. This should be of
value to anyone planning to run discussion events on emerging technologies.
On Thursday (7th April) you will have a chance to share your experiences of
finding “New Ways of Engaging the Young” with a panel of speakers and
colleagues from overseas who are taking part in the British Council Seminar
for Science Communicators.

Further information and online booking at : www.the-ba.net/scicomm (follow
the links to Scottish Working Lunches).
