Dear Chris,

Sorry to hear of all this crap, which I partly read on the Buffalo List and
on your texfiles blog. But as you said, I don't think it deserves too much
attention, suffice it to say they called you _he_ instead of _she_.
Precision requires time and effort, something thouroughly missing nowadays,
as _serious study_ (what is it, a new exotic dish? the latest hulla hulla to
shake and twist?)

anyways, anyhow,

as our usual Oscar Wilde said, we can see where the focus is, and very
probably not casually, :-)
