Hello All,

Could anyone using JISC PDS at their institution tell me whether or not they are obtaining written consent by the student and if so in which form? (once during matriculation or with every submitted paper). There is some confusion amongst ourselves as to what really complies to the Data Protection Act and what doesn't despite Doc B.

Thanks for any info/guidance you can provide!

Christina
