It's election time - almost. Is no-one here in Education so appalled by testimonials such as this:

that they will write to their MP asking for this type of service to be made illegal?

At the very least as 'concerned citizens' you could write to Customs and Excise (VAT) and ask why a business charging £75 an hour has no VAT number on site and is not VAT Registered.
