Dear Ibrahim,
The attached file contains an updated version of a cfp which I
published in the newsletter of the New Zealand OR society.
It would be most helpful if you could advertise OR Spectrum in your
academic circle.
It is of major importance that papers must be somewhat
application-oriented.
Generally, we do not welcome papers which are purly methodologically
oriented.
