monitoring, by Jim McGlothlin of Purdue University.accompanying a review
of the various versions of this technique by European
exponents.

for this are given at the end of this email. Non-subscribers can download
the full texts for a charge.The print edition of this issue should be
published in the next couple of weeks.

never registered, here is a reminder of the instructions. You will need
your subscription number, which is at the top of the address label of your

1. Go to the Annals website http://annhyg.oupjournals.org/
2. Click on 'Subscriptions' and then 'Manage your on-line access'
3. Enter your subscription number. This is the 8 or 12-digit number you
