So yes there are occasions where a policy on prescribed medication is required. As someone who carries his own prescribed medication at all times, why would you want a policy on it? I am happy to discuss but if I was a worker where you are and you intended having some sort of policy governing my prescribed medication, I'd be throwing DDA and Human Rights legislation back at you.
