Dear Collegues, We are looking for a manual of the Balzers QMS 420 mass spectrometer, which consists of the QMG 420, QMA and QME 125. Especially, we hope somebody has the schematics of the electronics. Our QMS broke down and because it is such an old one, it is hard to get support from the company. Hopefully, somebody can help us.
