Hello fellow list members have just received my first pay under AfC & find I have been given on call allowancew of 3% although Im on call at least x 2 per week & often x 3. This amounts to a minimum of 10/12 on calls per month. Have others had a more generous allowance with similar on calls? Id appreciate your input before I contact a manager.
