Apologies to non-NHS colleagues.

Have any of you (particularly people with a knowledge management role) been asked to fill in a job analysis questionnaire (JAQ) as part of the Agenda for Change process? I’ve got to complete one by 18^th July and I’d be really interested in comparing notes and sharing completed questionnaires.
