Apologies for cross-posting

 

They are picking a random bunch of ScienceDirect  subscribers. I wouldn’t usually bother with a survey, but this one is well worth it, if you get it? A chance to comment on Elsevier’s services, and its being compiled by a big survey company (all anonymous etc!) (They also donate money to a charity if you fill it in).

 

Of course, we don’t know how much attention Elsevier will take of any problems identified in the report, but fingers crossed.
