Simon

Check out Ray Kurzweil's site in the States - http://www.kurzweilai.net/

He spoke at last years Medical Library Association conference and was very entertaining. He is a futurologist so it might help with your quest

Hello all

I've been asked to find for a talk, changes in medical technologies over
the last 10 years, and potential future changes, with a view to
illustrating what we take for granted, and what surprises may come in
the future. Not a usual sort of request? Searched on HMIC and MEDLINE,
but thought perhaps any ideas may be more inspiring than searching, in
this case
