Hi all, Would anyone be able to fax me a copy of a page from a book? It's from Burnand & Young (eds). "THE New Aird's Companion in Surgical Studies" Churchill Livingstone, 1994 p. 730. Fax no. below if you can help. I'm specifically after a reference which states that Bjork flap tracheostomies are not to be performed.
