Have you tried Embase ? It has more of a cancer 'focus' than medline?

I've been asked for a review of Trilostane in the treatment of breast cancer, preferably in the last 18 months. The most recent I can find is 1991! This is on Medline. I've looked around a bit on other cancer sites, but most of them point back to ncib/medline anyway. I've tried Cochrane but that's on Medline anyway. Anywhere else I can look?
