How about one of the Public Health Journals or the Journal of Infection ? These are read by Health Protection Agency staff who would find this subject pertinent. I'm trying to help staff find a journal to publish a paper they've written. The paper establishes the extent and characteristics of non-attenders at a Hep C clinic. They've tried BMJ and JViralHep but rejected by these because too specific/local. They want a title with a high impact factor (doesn't everyone). I'm a bit lost about approaching this systematically. Because it's not really a clinical research topic I think their options may be more limited. Any ideas?
