Think Reinhard might mean me as I do a bit of blogging on London electronic access - but I'm as flummoxed as everyone else. 
I did blog DLNet blog http://dlnet.blogspot.com/ advising about the advert plus suggesting that if anyone knew about the advert DLNet blog might be the place to let NHS librarians know - adding a query about   the term National Knowledge Grid for Health but there is no response there so far.
