I've been asked by one of our Trust's senior managers to find examples
of how other Trusts manage production of their local policies,
protocols, guidelines etc.  These might  relate, for example, to risk
management, human resources, clinical guidelines and protocols etc.

They are interested in the process of producing official documents,
particularly the pathway/s for ratification, but also what quality
measures are specified in their production, how are they kept current,
disseminated and so on.

I hope that some of you may have examples of a policy on policies from
your own organization that you could send to me, so we can avoid
reinventing the wheel and get ideas for good practice.
