Seven NHS Trusts and one postgraduate deanery known to be clients. Also emerged this service is incompatible with IE versions earlier than 6.

One other Trust responded as holding "Introducing clinical risk, a trainer’s resource. Module 1 – consent", which is a looseleaf with free online updates.

Subject: Informed consent

Morning Everyone,

We're looking around for packages containing learning/assessment materials on informed consent, for the purposes of improving practitioner/patient relations, reducing litigation etc.

Would anyone take or have experience of any of the packages below, or indeed, of any other ones out there?

Informed consent: the new litigation playground (CD)

Informed consent on the net (online)
http://www.ipinfo.co.uk/consenttraining.htm

be INFOrMED (online)

Any comments or help would be very welcome. Please reply off list and I will summarise.

Many thanks,

Richard Bailey
