Making a business case - new course

We have all faced budget cuts, reduction in staff numbers and been told to
put major projects on hold in our organisations. How do you deal with these
situations? Is there anything you could have done to prevent this happening?
How do you implement your plans when the organisation or your boss seems to
be saying no? This new course, aimed at all practitioners and suppliers of
business information, will show you how to harness the power of making a
good business case to support your work.

Outcomes
This course will:

Presenter
Lesley Robinson, Director, Lesley Robinson Consultancy Services Ltd
Lesley is an experienced information professional and MBA, with a background
working in the corporate sector. She will use a mixture of presentations,
practical exercises, feeedback sessions, case studies and interactive
discussions during the course to give a variety of learning experiences.
This practical approach will enable participants to use the outcomes of the
course immediately in their workplace.

When and where
